Executive Nissan — Establishment and car dealer at 900 Universal Drive North, North Haven, Connecticut.

I signed the paperwork to lease a Rouge upon leaving I decided I wanted to go another route so I called the sales person who by the way was not there for our first appointment and I had to come back the next day and told her that I changed my mind and could I return for my check . The check had already been processed out of my account. She stated that it would take a week to 10 days to get it returned. It has been over 2 1/2 weeks I have called the credit manager Chris three times and he has not responded to any of my phone calls. My only suggestion is make sure your mind is made up when you give them a check. I did not get good feelings at all in the dealership or with the quality of the service I received. Still waiting for my check
